We'll personally guide you through it, but here are key factors to consider: your monthly budget (premium), how much you're comfortable paying for care (deductible/copays), your prescription needs, and whether you want to keep specific doctors. Our job is to simplify this process and find a plan that makes you feel secure.

This is a common point of confusion! Here’s a simple breakdown:
  • Deductible: The amount you must pay for covered services before your insurance plan starts to pay.
  • Copay: A fixed amount (e.g., $30) you pay for a covered service, like a doctor's visit, after your deductible has been met.
  • Coinsurance: The percentage of costs you pay for a covered service (e.g., 20%) after your deductible has been met.

Absolutely, as long as your doctor is part of the new plan's provider network. Keeping your trusted doctor is a top priority for many of our clients. When we search for plans, we can filter them to ensure your specific doctors, specialists, and preferred hospitals are included. Just give us their names, and we'll handle the research for you.

If you miss the annual Open Enrollment window, you may still be able to get coverage if you experience a "Qualifying Life Event" (QLE). These events trigger a Special Enrollment Period. Common QLEs include losing job-based coverage, getting married, having a baby, or moving to a new service area.
